Effective From March 2024

All glazing supplied will comply with NZS 4223.3-2016 to meet human impact and safety glass standards.

Comfortglaze agrees to provide the Services as outlined in the Quote. This includes materials, labour, and any specific inclusions or exclusions noted. Any additional services or changes to the scope will be subject to additional charges.

• The quoted price is valid for 30 days from the date mentioned in the document.

• Any items not explicitly included in this quotation.

• Window or door maintenance services are not covered unless specified in the quotation.

• Customer Cancellation: If the Customer cancels the agreement, they may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the Quote.

• Company Cancellation: Comfortglaze reserves the right to cancel the agreement if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded.

Comfortglaze will provide estimated start and completion dates. While every effort will be made to adhere to these dates, Comfortglaze is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our double glazing manufacturers offer a 10 or 12 year warranty. A copy is available upon request.

• Please ensure that each window is accessible, free from obstruction such as furniture, blinds etc. on the inside. Plants and bushes on the outside.​

• Comfortglaze complies with all health and safety regulations. The Customer must ensure the site is safe and accessible for work to be carried out.

• This includes management of pest and supervision of children around work areas.

• These terms and conditions, along with the accepted Quote, constitute the entire agreement between Comfortglaze and the Customer. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
